| Number 1 reason why 87% of real estate licensees will never get REO listings.... |

| According to a recent survey published by the National Association of Realtors an estimated 13% of all licensees are covered by errors and omissions insurance. Thats right 87% have no E&O! I am astonished. But hey look at the bright side, REO sellers require E&O coverage. So if you are properly insured you are in the top 13%. Sure everyone wants REO listings now a days but only a paltry 13% are even eligable. Not bad odds huh? |
