• Active Broker License • Minimum $500,000 Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Coverage • 3 to 5 years REO Listing Experience • Membership in Local MLS Board • Broker and/or Owner Oversight • Financial Stability • Adequate Staff to Support Level of Inventory

Carefully complete the application and then email the form and required attachments to the Freddie Mac email address listed on the bottom of the application.

The Freddie Mac staff will review the completed questionnaires and select candidates to interview on-site at the Five Star Conference September 20th and 21st. You do not have to be registered for the conference to get an interview. Not every applicant will be selected for an interview. Interview candidates will be contacted directly by a member of the Freddie Mac Supplier Operations team with your interview time.
