If you are just getting started registering with REO/BPO companies you will need to prepare a list of all of the zip codes in your service area. Depending upon your location and the company you are registering with you will need to submit a list of all zip codes within 15-30 miles of your location. Compiling this list manually used to be tedious and time consuming, that is until ASREOS member Earl Carvin sent me an email to alert me to this handy zip code radius tool. Now all you have to do is enter your zip code, choose the radius and voila! Instant list of all zips in your service area. Then you can copy and paste them into a spreadsheet to submit with your registration. Thanks Earl!
